Pro: Casa di Luca is in an amazing location! Right off the main plaza, it's only a block's walk to all the action, but just out of ear shot of the noise. It's warm and comfortable, with TVs in every room (if you need that) and spacious bedrooms with wardrobes. It's beautifully decorated with a coffee house theme. There is a market across the street where you can get anything you need--fresh fruits and veggies, water, etc. And there's a wine store also right in front with a great array of local and imported wines. Luca and Juan are amazing hosts, and wonderful stuarts of their country! They informed us of all the places we could visit in the local area, gave us a website of all the places in Romania to see, and even scouted out some hikes for us to take to see the breath taking Carpathian mountains and nearby castles. Luca's mother let us in and checked us out and was the warmest woman you've ever met! She showed us around the place and made sure we had everything we needed. Together, they made our stay easy and comfortable. Thank you SO much!
Contra: Note that there's not designating parking, but we easily found space on the street right in front of the apartment. On the weekends street parking is free, so we didn't really have to pay during our weekend stay. There's also a parking lot about 2-3 blocks away.
