Pro: Compact & clean room with fast Wi-Fi & Philips FullHD sat Tv, induction cooker, etc. This is a very well equiped supersmall apartman. My favourite was the air inlet in the bathroom, which enables better air sucktion for dehumidation. (usually only the outlet is installed, but there is no inlet, so not efficient). I think a valve should be installed onto the inlet, because in cold winter the open air inlet will freeze the bathroom.
Contra: You need to wait for the hot water for about half minute, but you can survive. :)
