The door to the living room can be closed for privacy purposes so that the living room becomes a private separate bedroom in cases where four people are staying. The apartment also features a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a balcony with a city view. Other amenities - including WiFi, cable TV, a washing machine, toiletries, and fresh sheets and towels - are also provided.

Located very close to one of the city’s major intersections, the apartment is quiet but situated close to everything you may need. The main mall in Brasov (Coresi Shopping Resort) is just down the street and contains many stores and restaurants as well as a movie theater.
