The Modern apartment is situated at the first floor of a house. It has two rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a small garden. It is placed into a very quite location, surrounded by one restaurant with Romanian specialities called CASA TUDOR, and a Bistro called MA COCOTTE. Also, a supermarket called KAUFLAND is situated at 350 meters. The apartment is suitable especially for families with or without children, couples, work travellers.

The apartment is situated in a very safe and quite part of Brasov. The bus station is no more then 5 minutes walking. The distance between the apartment and City Center is cca 2,5 km, it would take 25 minutes in order to arrive there by walking.
