This one bedroom apartment is located in close proximity to the city center and the International Airport. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a small lobby, a small balcony and one bathroom with walk-in shower.
A private parking space is also available for guests and free of charge.
Although the building block is a bit old, the flat has been recently renovated and refurbished with brand new furniture and it is now ready to make everyone feel at home.
Although there is no separate living room, I have set up a nice cozy space in the balcony, where people can read, enjoy a nice coffee and smoke a cigarette. Besides that, there is a PlayStation 4 on site, which is available for children all ages :)
The kitchen is spacious, hence it has been set up as a cooking and dining place. It is fully equipped and guests can find pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, cups and of course a coffee machine.
Tea and coffee are from the house, as well as all the products that are inside the apartment so hopefully everyone will feel like home and make the most of everything in there.
I am an active person and I love creating nice things. This is why i like to keep myself busy with projects like this one, where I renovate a flat, decorate it and then put it out for rental.
The flat is located on the Professor Paul Ion street, in a secondary plan. This basically means it is not facing a busy street and the potential for noise is drastically reduced.
